Our Cooling Tower motors are best suited for direct drive cooling tower fan application as they are designed for special- purpose outdoor vertical mounting cooling tower duty. They provide large amount of savings as they provide advantages of energy saving, high efficiency . Other features like low noise, low temperature rise & less vibration result in steady operation and long service life.
Cooling tower motors are generally selected as per the design of the cooling tower and the site requirements for its installation. We offer a full range of all types of cooling tower motors with options in features & specs like:
3 Phase Cage Induction Motors as per IEC frames 71 to 315L
Horse Power : 0.5Hp to 200Hp
Speeds: Single speed in the range of 1500 rpm, 1000rpm, 750rpm, 600rpm, 500rpm, 425rpm & 375rpm
Dual speed in combination of any of the above
Voltage: 415V, 380, 220 or any other in range of
Frequency : 50Hz, 60Hz or any other
Ambient temp: 45°C , 50°C
Insulation : F- class , H class, Inverter grade
Efficiency: nominal, EFF2, EFF1 , Premium Effyciency

Cooling : TEAO (TE)– Totally Enclosed Air Over required to be mounted in the airstream of the driven fan
TEFC– Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled
TEFV– Totally Enclosed Force Ventilated ( most preferred when run with VFD
at low rpms for long time)
Material of Enclosures : Cast Iron , Alluminum, Stainless steel
Construction Mounting : Foot Mount, Flange Mount or combination
Shaft Dimensions : standard as per IEC dimensions , custom design
with long extensions with threaded ends.
Shaft Material : En8 , SS ( also SS hardware is available as an optional feature)
Bearings : Deep groove double sealed ball bearings with high temp grease
Surface treatment : Special epoxy paint, double coat, baked
Winding : special treatment for tropicalisation, space heaters, PTC protection
